Is there some kind of understanding between the locals that if an out-of-towner checks in with one of them then they are not to be bothered with? Do they share profits with each other as part of this collaborative heist? Who gets the biggest slice of the pie? Is there a standard fee for checking in? Or is that determined by the market? Are their different packages of services? Different protection plans? Rules and regulations to this operation? Best practices for this business? Or is it that you pay for one team who is hopefully well respected and can get busy if needed? Are their Yelp reviews so you know what you’re getting? After checking in do these locals accompany you wherever you go? Do you have to pay for their meals? Do you have to buy their weapons? Do you get to call them your big bro? Or are they your lil bro because they’re on your payroll? Is there any insurance just in case you check in and still get hit?Suge had cops on payrolls …it’d be naive to think that type stuff still don’t go on
Honestly this all goes back to “checking in”. Sadly, I don’t think there’s a way around it. If nggas find out you in LA and ain’t checked in, they move
Reminds me of young berg——2nd young berg reference—-when he was in Detroit the club security was the ones who all jumped him
Edit: our culture is so fukking wack sometimes.
