They have no right. They do it cause they know they can get away with it even it there is a video.

If I catch someone breaking into my house, I might unload a whole clip. Not because I care about losing some trivial items, but because homeowners end up dead from botched robberies and break-ins. But if they are running from my house with my shiit, I'll just call the cops, I'm not putting myself in harm's way for some shiit I can replace. To clarify, I believe 5 cops lost their job with HPD, 1 just got acquitted, the rest are to stand trial soon. The jury was all white.

fukk the police.. I got my ass whooped twice by them once for talking shyt. Another time somebody robbed a local store and ran thru my backyard cus it was a cut.. the dogs led them to my house and the police ran up in my crib like i did the shyt They was wildin tho disrespecting my mom and just walkin thru the house like they had a search warrant.. I told one of them i was gonna spit in his face( i was real close to doing it) and next thing I know its like four of them beating my ass in my own crib, in front of my mom that shyt was crazy.. then they took me to the store that got robbed and the owner told them it wasn't me and I still went to jail for nothing.. This shyt happen everyday in my town the police really get away with murder.. I learned my lesson tho I will never talk shyt to the police again or run, they gonna have yo ass like Its a lose lose situation and its nobody to complain too you basically filing a complaint about the police to the police.. Regardless of what a person does before the arrest once he has given up you supposed to slap the cuffs on him, read him his rights and put him in the car. You not supposed to get your hits in because the kid made you work harder than you wanted to. If it was five random nikkas stomping on a kid showing no resistance they would be in jail and the same should happen to them. If the owners caught him stealing and decided to whip his ass so be it. However, police are held to a higher standard and shyt like this needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent

My boy got his crib ran through and he was upset yes, he wasn’t home at the time, but he's not taking any extra measures, or doesn’t have a problem sleeping at night. Different individuals react differently, thats a whole different topic, what we're discussing is the unlawful beating of a minor who was laying face down not resisting.




There is nothing that justifies that beating they gave the kid who was laying face down with his hands behind his head. Find me a legal or even a moral reason they were justified to beat him like that.

Well, that was police brutality, regardless of whether he was 15 years old or an adult. Considering there were a lot of them on the scene, my guess is that he was hiding, with all the cops floating around looking for him, he found a possible break, ran for it, he got spotted, and they stopped him. Yes, the cops went way overboard. It would only have taken one cop to cuff him and another to keep him at gunpoint. It's possible he was mouthing off when they got him down, but that still doesn't justify kicking him.
The person could always sue in civil court even if the officers involved got acquitted. I don't know if that happened.
