It would help for you to define the term ADOS too.

• If the A stands for "African" then technically all descendants of slaves in the American continent the description.
• If the A stands for "American" then it only pertains to Descendants Of Slaves who were enslaved in the United States and its territories.

I think it's both a movement and an identifier but if it were as simple as being Afram, the identifier wouldn't exist.
