I voted 3

Criminal Minded
By All Means Necessary
Return Of The Boom Bap

...all deserved to be mentioned with the elite hip-hop albums.

I won't argue with anyone who says 4, 5, or 6 because
Edutainment is close, KRS-One might be his album that was best received at the time it came
in the "new school" era, and I Got Next is a personal classic.

This brother so far ahead of his time people still ain't caught up. I think KRS should be in everybody's top 5, however at least top 10? I'm not sure a list is credible without him being in the top 10.

2 set in stone (Criminal Minded & By All Means Necessary) & then IMO Return Of The Boom Bap is a classic.

Yeah agree with Return Of The Boom Bap too, I think Kris feels it is too, and of course he feels Criminal Minded is.

Sex & Violence is my 3rd fav BDP album. Edutainment seems to get more love but I never saw that. Kris was bullyfootin' everybody on S&V. Some of his hardest stuff ever.
