Mastermind used his powers to make all those kids under false pretenses..may have slept with Jean in the Dark Phoenix Saga..forgot.
Stryfe created the Legacy Virus to strike back for Cyclops abandoning him to the future to be raised by a old Apocalypse.
But technically there is no one like Sinister. Rescuing those from death camps in Nazi Germany for the sole purpose of experimenting on them like lab rats. Less than animals. Technically, since he created Madelyne Pryor, he knows exactly what Jean Grey looks like naked. Lol. Malevolent.
