Graduation was a commercial and critical success, consensus has it as a great album everyone can have opinions in music, but when the vast majority doesn't agree with them I think that's when it's time for you to rethink your opinion.

How is the album with Big Brother, Good Morning, Flashing Lights, I Wonder, Stronger, Good Life, Everything I Am garbage? I'd like to know what about this album is trash?

Kanye also has multiple classic albums, classic songs, Kanye's been relevant for 15 years, the reason KRS is better is because he's a better MC that's it. Why do you have to destroy Kanye, to big up KRS they are both great.

I don't care if it was a commercial or critical success, that's not what defines quality Hip Hop. KRS questioned whether the shyt was even Hip Hop.

I didn't say the album was garbage, I said the album was poor, lyrics are really awful, beats were samey and redundant at this point. Was ok at the time, now it's practically unlistenable. Some good/decent beats but that about it.

Kanye doesn't have any classic albums, the only arguable 1 is College Dropout and that's a 4 mic album. But that's the only album that is still good. Kanye had 1 good album, that's a whole year being good, KRS still dope now, that's decades...

They aren't both great to me, that's the point, KRS IS great, Kanye is an artist with some of the worst albums in music history of all time and some of the worst songs, an overrated artist with so much trash in his discography. Good producer, 1 good album and some good songs here and there, that's it, he isn't comparing to KRS.

The album is not poor...again the vast majority of individuals like the album you don't because you're a backpacking purist...you have a preconceived notion of what hip hop should be and don't analyze music objectively because of it. I don't have a preconceived notion of what Hip Hop should be. I'm really interested to break down this backpacking purist thing lol. What artists do backpacking purists listen too? What album and artists do backpacking purists have as their GOAT album and artist? Or top 5 artist?

Classic album, quality, and timelessness, an album you can play through and it sounds great years later. Because the quality holds up.
