Eliminate poverty and bad education at the very least. Keeping unemployment relatively low is a necessity as well.
It’s not about poverty and education. It’s a mind set. I grew up in a suburb outside of DC. White, Asians, Africans, and Latino’s went to my school. We all had the same education and started off taking the same classes.
But several black classmates came to school with a brush, a pack of gum, and their cellphone. How do you think they did?

Like the other posters mentioned you have people like Ja Morant, Stephen Jackson, and Javarias Crittention who went to college, became millionaires, and still want to act like pookie and ray ray.

And then you add in the fact that a large portion of black women under 30 are attracted to those types of men and choose to have their kids, and create another generation of bums:francis:

Wow, exterminate? Why? And why not have that same energy for the people who created the conditions to become one?
You mean us?

I get what you’re saying, but what don’t people understand about everybody makes their own choices? You can be dirt poor, never had shyt, abused your whole life, etc etc but that still doesn’t make a person be a piece of shyt. So many of us come from similar conditions but live very good lives because we worked hard to get out of those conditions.

There is clearly way more to it than pointing the finger, saying it’s this or that persons fault for “making those conditions”.

That's true as well. Its important to know that we have to be accountable for our choices.

But if the poor man is to be held accountable then the rich man should too, as well as the king, the president, and those in power.

Sometimes we have these conversations and comments like this feel like people don't really think of causes and solutions or maybe it's just frustration.
Poverty/Education have huge part to play alongside other issues but it is layered and humans are complex.

Real conversations about how we as Black people can navigate having to deal with the criminal and dangerous members of society and avoid the cycle turning into a permanent underclass are needed but...

I think this thread and line of thinking can go down a slippery slope if we aren't careful. Not saying you or anyone in particular but it very quickly turn classist and almost eugenic like. Why are you talking about Eliminating Black men? Why are we ignoring the very clear barriers to attainment that our Men face?

Acknowledging this does not negate our own personal accountabilities or that we need to make strong cultural changes either.
Thats how i feel and honestly like someone pointed out that these types of discussions cant in true faith be made on a anonymous forum.

I cant really see the difference between this place and reddit/st0rmfr0nt when you get constant negative threads like this followed by the same crowd who come either mocking those who speak on systemic racism(you can blame the culture and enviorment, but they didnt pop out of nowhere) or theyre real giddy about posting the umar's "for good" meme

Cause i never see an answer to whos going to have the power to put ray ray and pookie to sleep:patrice: cause i know its not going to be them.

This should end this thread. Folks in here talking about lack of education like robots knowing good and well negroes to education is like oil to water. Basic education and knowledge is free for the taking, yet negroes only want to play ball and become ig hoes. Admittedly, we are priced out of advanced education, but trades are badly needed in the community and easily accessible. Key problem is dusty bytches and negroes reproducing, of which the black community has excessive amounts. You absolutely have to stop that to start rebuilding.
