People in large part didn’t care. This was around the same time Mystikal’s Shake Ya Ass was popular and had the opening line

Definitely did not age well given all the shyt that followed with Mystikal.

Too Short and Ice Cube had a song in the early 90s where Short advocates punching women who talk too much shyt to you.
