You could have Dwight and something plus a better draft pick in the previous draft had you been smart
We got a top 12 pick for Teague. We needed Horford cap space. Boston was going to trade a contract like Amir Johnson. That's trash for us. If you trading us a top 5-10 pick, we listening.

Let's be clear

You're not going to get a top 5-10 pick for millsap

None of the teams with that kind of pick would trade for a rental

Assuming neither team had to give up key pieces which team would be more of a threat in their respective conference with Trillsap? Houston or Toronto?

Toronto, Houston would be better off of Ibaka, Millsap doesn't space the floor enough to fit in with the Rockets offense. Ibaka is/was (I haven't been watching him in Orlando) a great defender too and is having a career high % from 3.

Come on breh, you know my stance on Dwight, you may as well be telling me yall signed Ricky Rubio too :russ: I'd rather have a first rounder than Dwight at this point, I know you rock with him cause he's from your city but he's :ld: personified.

All this talk about cap space.. I think brehs are missing the point. The expanded salary cap going forward is to keep players on teams that would have otherwise not signed them due to financial reasons Re : James Harden on OKC.

I don't know how cap space benefits the Hawks over an actual player. Who are they going to go out and sign? They gave 70 million to Kent Bazemore and Terrence Ross is probably better than him.

Edit : I just saw he said a top 5-10 pick :skip:

imagine the 5th pick in this loaded draft for a guy turning 32 averaging 17 and 8 :heh:

Orlando: Jeff Green and Hezonja for Bembry and Millsap

How you going to put this scenario and then act like the Raptors can only offer trash :dead:

Might as well let Millsap walk, I'd rather have Bembry than fukking Hezonja. No reason for Orlando to include picks either.

Ross, Poeltl, Powell and draft pick(s) is respectable. Do you just not want to see Toronto get any closer to being a legitimate title contender?

Hopefully Bud and Wilcox aren't dumb enough to let Sap go without getting young assets with potential in return. Then again, they gave Bazemore $70 million thinking he'd become a star so I question their judgement :patrice:
