Yes you do if you have the pieces and there is a NEED. Especially if that 32 year old is a top 25 player and has an ageless game. It's not like he's Dwight or something where his minutes has to be cut due to aging. Sap is as good as he ever has been. Pau Gasol has an ageless game. Dirk has an ageless game. Kyle Korver has an ageless game. Basically, they can still be highly effective into their mid 30's. Their game doesn't depend on athleticism and they are fairly in great shape.
