What is speaking for us is media that is not controlled by us

Racists whites who try to paint us all in a bad light advertise our worst and everybody else who refused to see the truth falls for it.

But hey not everybody can see the truth


Call it racist white peoples revenge for us hurting them and making sure you guys can enter the US and based on what you said it looks like their tactics are working

But why is that the case? Why is the white media speaking for yall...I see the Hispanics...they got their own culture while being just as American as the white man...they got their own media and tv channels while we got BET ...we should be past the point where the white man has an effect on our lives...we not building nothing dats why we still at their mercy...

Nah its women led. Overly emotional. All that singing and dancing and kumbaya. Compare it to the protests in Ukraine. That was anger, and violence, and masculinity. The feeling I get from the protests in ferguson is a sense of hurt and betrayal. Lots of crying as well

I don't want to disrespect the Ferguson movement...because even if it's JUST making noise, those people have made more noise than I've heard in my entire life. At least they did *something*.

But I do agree...all the singing and dancing and marching in the world isn't going to accomplish anything if there isn't a change in behaviors with it.

This is a result of decades of liberalist thought and white education. We've been told that MLK's "non-violence" approach was the sole saving grace for our people. We've been bombarded with images and speeches our entire lives...

And of course you've got the media, politicians, celebrities, hell, our own "leaders" who constantly paint "peaceful protest" as some be all end all of activism. It's frustrating as hell. Everywhere you turn everyone is talking about PEACEFUL PROTEST. Oh you want to march? Make sure it's PEACEFUL! Don't act out, not allowed! Don't be an AGITATOR! Don't actually act like this matters! Just be PEACEFUL....or else! Because remember, any form of physical altercation will be met with tear gas, riot shields, murders, and lord knows what else, and it will be justified, because you weren't PEACEFUL!

How about some peaceful law enforcement?

And don't get me started on how fukking awful this fear of black riots is....when the largest, most vicious, most bloody riots in this country have been committed by fukking whites. The homie @cole phelps knows all about that.

i don't think its us rioting their scared of its us turning against them on some Nat turner/Spartacus shyt cacs know they fukked up that's why they keep talking about race wars and stock piling weapons they know at SOME point black folks are going to get sick of their bullshyt and tag them back HARD it might not be this generation,decade, or hell even this century but at some point it will happen and cacs are prepared for it.

There's a difference between kids being born out of love(marriage/long term relationship where both parents choose to make child)and lust (FWB, One night stands, etc.) Where one parent usually the only the mother chooses to have a child. Even though I don't necessarily agree with a man not taking care of his child, I don't view parents of the latter "deadbeats".

And I don't believe the media at all when they say "black men domt care for their children". I grew up in a black community and mostly all of my friends had their dad in their life.
