Im so confused

Tech startups use dudebro langauge in an attempt to appeal to milennials and show how cool their company is. They also use language to hide the fact that you'll work 60 hours a week, have little to no training, and/or do anything and everything that's not in the job descriptions. Yes, I'm speaking from experience.
