Normally just eat after gym but forgot to defrost meat :why:

5:00- BCAA
6:30- half scoop whey + 1/2 cup grits
7:30- 14oz chicken breast, pack of whole grain egg noodles, half jar of pasta sauce
10:30- left overs from previous meal
12:30- pb sandwich + 2 cups 1% milk + fat free cottage cheese

8:00 Fruit and Yogurt

12:00 1lb salad with Non-fat Italian dressing

8:00 2 cups fat free milk 2 scoop whey

9:00 Salad fat free dressing, 2 cups tuna 2 tblspoon miracle whip

I have been eating pretty much exact same thing for past 4 weeks, I am 6'4 220 this seem like a good diet

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of thin cut turkey and a lemon water

snack: grape and strawberry fruit bowl with a 60 calorie yogurt

lunch: spicy tuna rolls and a milkshake( i know i know....it was a sinless milkshake from Cold stone, under 200 cal)

Second snack: 2 bananas and a ice mountain water

Dinner: I'm cooking up a piece of grilled chicken breast and some steamed broccoli

Breakfast: 1 cup of Trader Joes Cherrios w/Almond Milk
Snack: 1 serving of String Cheese
Lunch: 2 Tuna Salad Sandwiches on Whole Wheat Thins, Pretzel Crisps, a few pieces of apple (maybe a quarter)
Snack: Chobani Raspberry
Dinner: Salmon, 1/2 Japanese Sweet Potato, Spinach Salad, fruit salad, pumpkin seeds.
