I noticed here and at SOHH there were a bunch of workout routines and rehab threads but none focused mainly on diets.

So lets get this poppin like the workout thread

Y'all can use it as a daily or weekly tracker.

im 176 right now trying to get down to 160 :win:

^yea breh i tried that 1700 thing last yr. i was losin weight but it was too slow and i just felt too tired and my lifts suffered.

now i gained like 5-10lbs cuz im not keeping tracc, but i know some of it is muscle so im not sweating it too much

Sunday: ~1800cals

Mon, Tues, Wed: ~1200cals

First half of Thurs: ~900 (3/4th of M, T, W macros)

Thurs night & all of Friday: 5000-6000cals (carb load)

Saturday: ~2700 cal




Protein is always high (~190), carbs cycle from plentiful to non-existent depending on the day, fat is usually below 40g.

making my way from ~3300 cals/day to ~2800.

190g protein min, 90-100g fat, fill in the rest.

i use fatsecret.com, but there are a bunch of other sites that do the same.

some people go as far as weighing and preparing all their own food to get more exact #s.
