i experimented with a few .. this one is my favorite

milk
pomegranate blueberry v8 fusion
a handful of blueberries and strawberries ( i usually get them frozen 'cuz its cheaper)
vanilla banana protein powder
a scoop of creatine
some ice

shyt is good as fukk

I don't get very creative with my shakes. Maybe a banana or some PB2...or some greens....but when I have a shake it's pretty much just almond milk and the powder.

I've got like 7 flavors at the moment though, so I get my variety that way :heh:

One I made a while back was a Thin Mint shake......:whew:

1 scoop chocolate cookie Whey-HD from BPI, almond milk, mint extract, 1T cocoa powder, a little GY and 1 serving of dark chocolate chips.....:noah:

I usually get more inventive with protein pancakes/donuts

about 2-3 oz water (less water if you want it thick n/h) & about 5-7 oz of almond (vanilla) or regular soy milk
1 scoop of strawberry or vanilla whey protein
1-2 cups of oatmeal
2-3 teaspoons of honey
1 banana
3-5 strawberries
table spoon of creatine if its an off day

I havent made a protein shake in 3 years and I dont miss that shyt one bit...its expensive ( the cheap powders dont have the same bio-availability) and I get enough protein eating regular food

- kale
- unsweetened almond milk
- protein powder
- peanut butter
- apple cider vinegar
- oatmeal (sometimes)


Don't really care how it tastes because I don't drink it for that, but it's actually not bad at all.
