high end luxury cars are overrated.

for a daily all you need is a car that can get you from point a to point b in decent comfort and most modern 30-40k new cars can do that.

they're a huge waste of money that have a ton of problems, with high maintenance cost, that get out of style in 2-3 years.

Toyota is the best car manufacturer on planet earth.

I had two Toyotas a 1991 MR2 and a 2007 Tacoma Reg Cap (I4). Both cars went to 200K miles with all original engine parts. They were both were running perfectly before I sold or traded them in.

My wife's Yaris went to 130K before she traded it in, and it also ran perfectly.

All cars are essentially the same, engine, gearbox, 4 wheels etc..New expensive cars themselves are overrated and uneccesary

I honestly believe that when self-driving cars become widely available and reliable, that 90% of the pubic in suburbia and in urban places won't need a car. They will just call up a car on their app and get a self-driving rental for half the price of uber, since you're not even paying a driver. Expect cities and towns to enact BS ordinances to recoup the ticket/speeding revenue lost by automated cars. The next 5-10 years is going to be real interesting!

I agree they are pretty ugly but 17+ models actually look better. No denying the performance but looks wise Audi RS7 > Porsche Panamera all day.
