Who cares about deprecating assets as far as other people though? Folks just use that to talk trash on them. As long as the house looks nice and in a nice neighborhood nobody will care period. If you get one of them nice down south homes for 150k but have a Bentley truck or a lambo not a person going to say shyt. Hell even if you have a nice rental and a nice car nobody going to say shyt. Only way you can say something is if your house is shyt and you're driving a nice car. That isn't the norm but folks claim they see it all the time.

I sat in the newest fully loaded Optima a few weeks back and I gotta say...that shyt is just as nice if not nicer than ANYTHING Ford and Chrysler are putting out right now in terms of full-size sedans.
