Something just occurred to me: Only Ghost and Tommy know that Holly is dead so the chances of them telling Tasha about is close to zero. What I see happening is that Tasha asks Tommy about Holly and then she reveals that Holly is pregnant with his child.

He had planned to get rid of them even before them Jamaicans rolled up on him. Although it would be wise for him to keep them at bay, Ghost is a person that moves discreetly. What I'm thinking is that he's getting "rid" of them but keeping the team in the shadows, just like himself. They would become Ghost's own personal hit squad. He calls them up whenever he needs to get something done nice and easy.
