The point I was making is, Black men here seem to perfectly understand the point she was making when it comes to other Black men being "tricked" or "deceived" by trans women, so much so that they'll literally excuse murder.

The only nikkas that get upset about what this woman is saying is nikkas who know they can't get women without misleading them.

:francis:

The second part of your post is complete nonsense. I'm personally upset at the logic she is using because it conflates rape with what could subjectively be described as shytty behaviour. A man/woman can be an idiot without being a rapist and she is conflating the two in that video which even women in the comment section call her out for. She is not helping other victims of rape by conflating issues.

So you think "game" only means "misleading" somebody?

We comparing game (or even lying about things like your money) to portraying yourself as a different gender? That's the worst devils advocate argument ever

It's only a bad argument because you see no issue with men running game because it benefits men. There's a man here who told a woman he was a lawyer in effort to gain access to her body, he was successful in doing so, how is this different than a trans-woman not informing a straight man that she's trans to gain access to his body?

Lying to women to gain access to their bodies is manipulative and deceitful and implies that you have an awareness that access to women's bodies would be denied if you didn't deceive them, much like a straight man would deny a trans woman access to his body if she informed him that she's a trans woman.

The funny thing is a lot of you nikkas are gonna say she's crazy... when a lot of women deep down feel that way, she just dumb enough to say the quiet part out loud.

Rape by deception is already a thing in radical feminist theory.

Third wave Feminism and beyond is just a collection of dumbass high thoughts damaged women put together because they have too much free time and all the nikkas around them are to p*ssy to tell them to shyt the fukk up.

You have a rigid understanding of rape, you think it's something taken by force in a dark alley. It's not her fault that you and others here don't have a more robust grasp of the English language.

No - the LAW has a exact definition of rape, and it isn't what this woman is saying.
Therefore, it is her fault for trying to frame it as such. That is wrong.

"I understand where you’re coming from and I can understand the similarities between the situations. That being said I believe there’s a line of consent that has to be crossed in order for it to be considered rape( for adults, minors not included). Someone lying about who they are doesn’t make them a rapist. A bad person, absolutely, but not a rapist. When drugs or alcohol is involved consent can be tricky as well and yes men/women use that as an advantage. But there are differences between a man/woman forcing you against your will, you falling victim to someone’s act, you willingly being intoxicated to the point of not being able to verbally communicate your consent and you unknowingly being drugged so someone can have their way with you. While the emotional responses in all these scenarios may be similar I don’t think they are all the same violation. I don’t think there should be a broadening of the definition of rape. Rape cases should be able to be brought to court and to justice(even though we know how that goes). I don’t see the justice in sending someone to prison for playing with another’s feelings."

This was posted michaiahb on instagram in response to her video in the comments l agreement with her views. You want to make it seem as though its only coli dudes who have a problem with her logic but unfortunately even the women are calling her out. I m sorry for her trauma she mentioned in the video but she is wrong and so are you. Throw all the insults you can doesnt change that fact.

The dictionary also has a definition of rape which includes deception. Whether or not a person can charged with rape by deception doesn't change the textbook definition of rape. your retort here is basically "but that doesn't count"

Don't get me wrong here, I don't think this brand of thinking is unique to the Coli by any means. Her logic is sound and there doesn't need to be a broadening of the definition of rape to make it so, the existing definition already covers deception. In Tennessee for example, it's considered rape if there’s sexual penetration accomplished by fraud. Doesn't require any force. I suspect more states will broaden the definition of rape to cover deception, much to the chagrin of nikkas who find it impossible to fukk without lying.

Fair enough perhaps we are having differing views on what is considered deception and maybe the intent of the person doing the "deceiving". You mentioned earlier about trans persons -tricking- men or women into having sex with them. I have heard this before and some persons view it as rape maybe even some states in terms of their laws( i am not from america). What are your views on that would that fall under deception by rape for you?

The Truth
I followed because she was looked good and wasn't thirst trapping. She looked normal. :obama:
These amateur life coaches are usually suspect in one way or another but :manny:
The videos I did see didn't offend me, so I let it roll.
Then a nikka put a ring on her damn finger. :comeon:
She flashes the ring in the screencap for all, yeah nikka--all, of her posts. She signs off all her videos by flashing the ring.:snoop:
That was a sign that something was off.
Now I know.:krs:
Read on, brehs.

She doubled down in the dumbest way possible:

Well bytches be deceiving men with weaves, high heels, fake nails, fake eyelashes, surgery, implants, fake eye colors, etc., too...

So then technically thats rape as well

A trans-woman not disclosing that she's a trans-woman is a violation in my opinion, this would be rape by deception, whether or not the law agrees with me is a separate issue, I gave my consent with the understanding that the woman I was about to engage in sexual activity with was a cis-gender woman, a woman woman. Therefore, I gave my consent under false pretenses.

Funny thing is, in this simple depraved nation there's legitimate grounds for which accusations built on this rational will be taken serious.
