Quincy Jones, Prince n Rakim all cosigned this tpab.

A lot of non hiphop artist cosigning TPAB,maybe that's why I didn't like it that much:jbhmm:

Hopefully Kendrick knows what he needs to do on the next album.

Goat president though, goat first family, they will be missed, but hopefully they make even bigger moves post whitehouse:mjcry:.

Obama we don't care about your music opinions. I would rather hear you speak about the militarization of Police Officers and acquittal of murders against black victims. We don't care about you trying to appease us with your music taste, as if this is fukking important to us

So TPAB:

-the consensus AOTY according to the critics, its also #1 on 90% of the end year lists.
Best of 2015: Music Critic Top Ten Lists
-the highest rated hip hop album of all time on Metacritic.
-the reason kendrick has the most nominations in one night at the grammy (since Michael Jackson in 84).
-has 2 songs being played in protests, one of them is named the new black anthem.
-being taught at some universities.
-had a scholarship in its name.
-influenced some goat artists like David Bowie, Prince and Chuck D, all in the same year.
-the highest rated album of the decade in any genre on multiple platforms like RYM that only take people's rankings into account.

-had RollingStone Magazine calling Sway in the morning to say TPAB better be #1 on every end year list because it's the most ambitious album of the year, musically.
-is probably one of the most respected rap album by modern jazz musicians.
-contains Barack Obama's favorite song of the year.
-and I don't mention the 100000 artists praising its musical composition

#Legendary

Kendrick Wamar the president of the new school...So many W's he can start donating em to less fortunate rappers

:ahh::damn:

but for real, as soon as I heard the jazz composition on tpab, I knew it was gonna be a masterpiece :win:

Kamasi's work is up there with the greatest jazz musicians of all time. No wonder why hes being praised as the jazz savior.

Presidential co-signs.
Keys to his hometown.
Critically acclaimed albums.

Brehs witnessing history and tryna down play it.
I wonder if it was like this when illmatic/reasonable doubt/ready to die/me against the world dropped.
Or in an R&B sense when Songs In The Key Of Life/What's Going On/Purple Rain/ Off the Wall dropped.
Bu bu but Kendrick isn't relevant, he dont got bangers. Bytches don't fukk with him.... Insert whatever other excuses nikkaz make for hating.

His skill talent and quality output will keep him eating for decades and cemented in the cultures history. But some people don't see it like with illmatic until 20 years later. History in the making.
