I've told a few people a take like this and they don't get it. I feel like China could DESTROY the US auto industry by flooding Mexico and Canada with BYD electric vehicles. Folks already can't afford cars and the only reason those Chinese cars aren't in Canada is because of the 100% tariffs but since Trump is acting out they could say f it remove the tariffs then we'd start to see cheap Chinese cars over here and GM/Ford and Tesla would collapse
