I found this site because of it's african discussions (this will be the last time I say this) and I stayed because I personally found it entertaining, and then I continued to stay because I found it hilarious when people were calling me a booty scratcher and I countered, only to see tears and wailing.

I've only gotten to know one Somali woman on a potentially serious tip but each one of them is damn near dime status I need to see the sources for those claims.I pulled it from the The Economist, which pulled it from the government of the UK. I know what a certification is, in my circle it's something we add to our degrees. Usually a CFA or CQF etc for the people who didn't get an MBA, JD or PhD that is. I only have one computer geek friend, he's doing a PhD in computer science, never mentioned "certs", so I'm not really familiar with the exact thing you are referring to. Is it a career advancement thing educated people with some experience get as the ones I'm familiar with?.
