Lebron has better shot selection, is a better finisher at the rim, is a better passer, better playmaker, better rebounder, the better athlete, the better and more versatile defender, better at finishing through contact, better at drawing fouls, and the more versatile around player.

Lebron is pretty much a perimeter player who has as much offensive and defensive impact like a big man while still being a great passer and having court vision thought only to be reserved for top-tier PGs.

Therefore he is asked to go into the paint more often to score. As a point forward he is asked to run the floor and score at will when he gets the ball on the break. Correspondingly, LeBron is going to have a higher field-goal percentage.
