Oh, we only looking at certain months and not entire seasons? My bad.

Is 35 PPG on 45% shooting better than 30 PPG on 50.3% shooting?
Kobe Bean Bryant scored over 35 ppg. Averaging over 35 ppg is an extremely rare achievement as it has only been done by a handful of players who have been able to maintain a scoring average of over 35 ppg. Kobe’s achievement puts him in a very elite club that included just three players previously: Wilt Chamberlain, Michael Jordan, and Rick Barry.

Intentionally slept on post that shuts down all that nonsense about Shaq clearly bein the best player on the team who's coattails Kobe supposedly rode.:shaq:

Finals MVP is voted on by the media, men lie women lie numbers don't and those stats show Kobe had the better postseason.:umad:

You can play semantics all you want bottom line LeBron went to rival superstar D-Wade's team along wit all star Bosh and still came up small in the finals the first year before finally winnin in a lockout shortened season, meanwhile Kobe spent his prime strugglin thru the Luke Walton era instead of pullin a LeBron and teamin up wit his superstar rival AI and Melo.:salute:

The only thing yall haters can point to is him losin a first round game 7 as a 8th seed against the best in the West Suns while Kwame Brown was his teammate, completely ignorin the fact the only reason there was a game 7 in the first place is cause of Kobe makin clutch game tyin/winnin shots.
he didn't bc he couldn't. And lmao the lakers were up 3-1, if your boy has such a "killer mentality" and a "will to win" he wouldn't let a series that he was up 3-1 to lose. He didn't even attempt a FG in the second half. Quit on his team. you guys bring up that 2006 series like its a good thing. yeah they went to 7 and eventually lost, but they were up 3-1 lmao

damn, great argument.....jk

kobe did more for threepeat lakers than bron is doing for the heatles in his prime LOL

in the finals or in the playoffs overall? Kobe's first ring is one of the most undeserved rings for a top 20 player OAT. He didn't even play in 1 game and left one game and missed most of it and they still found a way to win, all bc of how good shaq was in 2000. Kobe could've easily been replaced on that team by vince carter, AI, and ray allen in 2000. and kobe, a replaceable second option did more then the finals MVP of 2012 and 2013, okay :russ:

It's pretty normal to encourage teams to take jump shots. They'd do it for Kobe too but since he's dumb enough to take the same low percentage shots when he has defenders draped all over him, they might as well throw hands in his face too.

Say all you want about what Kobe would do with open looks but don't pretend that LeBron wouldn't destroy the defensive strategies that bottle up Kobe

Nah that doesn't answer my question. Name 1 elite perimeter player that gets a 5 foot cushion on the perimeter like LeBron had against Spurs. Don't even bother replying if you're not gonna answer what I asked. No one asked about any of the stuff you just typed.

None of them, and I don't even remember seeing it use much on LeBron until this series and after he exposed it, I doubt we'll be seeing it again.

You Stans keep hyping up this defensive strategy that didnt even work, I know you're all devastated right now but you gotta get in touch with reality.

You're dumb....fukk it. I have no other words to describe this post. Excuse my disrespect:manny:

The 2000 Finals?

You mean the Finals where Jalen Rose INTENTIONALLY injured him in the 2nd quarter of Game 2, because he couldnt guard him, which caused Kobe to miss the rest of that game and also miss Game 3?

The Finals where Kobe scored 22 points in the 2nd Half + OT of Game 4 when Shaq got fouled out to lead them to victory on a last second shot?

The Finals where he had 26 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 blocks, and 1 steal in the Game 6 close out game to win his 1st championship?

Come on now dunn:snoop:

Probably because Prime Kobe wasn't an athletic phenomon like Lebron who is a perimeter player who manages to finish in the paint like a big man due to his absurd slashing and finishing ability. Players don't play Lebron like Kobe because playing Lebron like Kobe either gets your bigs into foul trouble, forces teams to rotate which allows Bron's passing ability to murder you, or let's him finish at the hoop where he's one of the GOAT at.

Lebron's jumper is good while his finishing ability is elite and his passing is great. It's not "Lebron is awful at shooting", it's "Lebron is more dangerous slashing, finishing, and collapsing the paint to free his teammates so we'd rather him shoot".

Quit making sense homie. I fear it may be falling on deaf ears.:snoop:

Shaq had 43 and 19 in game 1....Kobe had 14 fukking points....and Kobe is the one they're trying to injure and take out of the playoffs because they can't stop him? :dead:

And Kobe was 8-27 in that close out game :gag: Luckily that role player Shaq chipped in with 41, right?

Game 4 was Kobe's only good game but even in that one, Shaq did more.

I still want you to admit your hatred stems from watching your team lose every year to us

Since you were there on Sohh with us...how about you remind us how "easily replaceable" Kobe was.

*Looks at Kings vs Lakers series in 2000*

Game 1: Kobe 23 points Shaq 46 points
Game 2: Kobe 32 points Shaq 23 points
Game 3: Kobe 35 points Shaq 21 points
Game 4: Kobe 32 points Shaq 25 points
Game 5: Kobe 17 points Shaq 32 points

Did 21 year old Kobe not carry the Lakers in 3 games of that series?

But I'll let you tell it....being that you know more about losing to the Lakers than anyone else on this site:russ:

where did the term "jalen rosed me" come from? I mean Jalen Rose admitted to taking him out on National TV this yr.

Kobe was facilitating a lot things....Rose got on some street ball ish and stepped underhim and said if he comes down on the foot he comes down on the foot.
