shyt just think if you had been studying Brazillian JIujitsu for 6 years. Woulda had to get a new cell in addition to the one filled with snacks.

Nah,I still boxed,but martial arts I didn't care for,most of my free time went to building my body up though,I knew enough self defense to where if a nikka got outta pocket I'd clean his clock,most cats don't even know the correct fighting stances so I was good money besides the cats I whooped in county and in prison got me a lil rep,so I was good money from there

Money,pictures and books breh,jobs don't pay shyt in there,you miss family and friends like crazy and you have nothing but time on your hands,so those 3 things were very important to me

Coffee,food,basically commissary items are the things most traed in there.

Friendships turn sour sometimes,I mean how we cool and you couldn't even write me,cats don't understand how important that is to dudes on the inside.

@Serious @horse. kills @Nuke Dukem and a few other's I can't remember wanted me to do a thread like this,to inform people about Jail and Prison,which I've been to both,not wearing it as a badge of honor,but it is what it is,and I can inform yall about the facts and myths,while other's can share their experience's or ask questions if need be.

I did 6 years in prison,few months in county,so I did enough to know alot about everything.

AND TO YOU fukkBOYS,DON'T COME IN HERE fukkING THIS THREAD UP,TAKE THAT shyt ELSEWHERE

A few topics I'll share a little about,an will go deeper into if anyone wants to know:

1. Rape does happen,but it's very rare,because there are so many people open to being gay,that it's enough of em running around in there to where,nobody will just rape you just because,basically if you get raped,you wanted it.

2.Yes you can get big and strong as fukk in prison just off their 3 meals a day and a little commisarry,some joints had good food,some joints were horrible,you got 3 meals a day and the calorie total for all 3 meals,I believe totaled up to about 2,600,a couple of noodles and fish,you'd easily get 3,000+ calories a day,the workouts in there are very extreme,which is why some cats come home so big.

3.Prison/Jail is very violent,fights happen everyday literally,stabbings are common,but you are guaranteed to see a fist fight everyday.

4. Softies don't last,no you won't be killed or raped,but your going to get your ass whooped and robbed a nice amount of times if you a bytch.

5. 80% of fights start through sports,if you don't wanna fight,don't play basketball or football.

A bunch of things I can explain,but I'll wait to see what's asked.

My cousin told me this over the phone a while back. Said that shyt's like a Disneyland for fakkits . He touches down next month. Hope he don't go back though
