This is the crux of it. A disagreement can't simply be a disagreement. Any dissenting is taken as a personal insult.

There are multiple ways to tackle the issues we face, but however you go about it, it requires cooperation, not getting into a pissing contest and distracting yourself. It's fukking irritating to watch
from the outside looking in. These people tell on themselves when they spend more time getting at each other than getting with each other, or respectfully disagreeing.
