You only as old as you look/feel. I know 40+ bodybuilders and shyt, old muthafukkas that will run laps around you young cats in every aspect of life
I told myself that once I turn 30, I'm doing a complete life change... I'm gonna stop drinking and smoking (only marijuana if I can), no fast food, more water, and continue working out.
I mean, look at the Hodgetwins. Yea they were in the Marines when they were younger, but they were in their mid-30's before they started taking their health and shyt seriously. Now them dudes look better than most 18-29 year olds
And honestly, I would look a lot younger too if I wasn't eating out everyday, drinking every weekend, and smoking... But I'm military so a lot of us don't have much of a choice
