36 doesn't have a beat even half as legendary as Shook Ones

@Master Teacher post a video with a legendary 36 beat, with some crazy sample flip, being reconstructed like this one

I already posted beats that stand the test of time and blow shook ones out the water, there's nothing musical about shook ones, it's a good chop, that's it

it's known as the 8 mile beat now lmao, shyt don't knock anymore

All you can say for Mobb Deep is Shook Ones and Quiet storm, that's it, the thing is I can DO THIS ALL DAY WITH THREE SIX

So here's another one

Havoc ain't fukking with these nikkaz in any shape or form

Oh. You one of these "musical" cats huh? :pdahell:
That's when I know we evaluate hip hop very differently and there's no reason for debating further. :pdahell:

We're talking about production, so that plays the factor

They flip the samples better and had to the compositions, they are better producers.

Tear Club Up 97 had to be BANNED for being played, because nikkaz literally would tear the club up

mobb deep ain't never been banned from anything except QB

I've always said that starting from around 96, I've never heard production as consistent as Juicy J and DJ Paul.... :yeshrug:

How real nikkas used to be with known freaks. :francis:

The dance floor (and stripper stage) everytime this song came on. :takedat:

Just putting this here cause Pat was just :wow:

This why people don't understand.

They did entire projects for every artist on their labels lmao as well as their own solo albums

Dilla? Leave the midwest out your trollin. Southern drum and bass programming is your thing. Cool. Because they cant chop like ye' and dilla. The beats serve different purposes . Pete rock simplicity is made for rappers to flourish. 3 6 has dope production. That shyt carried them. Midwest east coast nikkas carried beats.

No bs yall so different in the south. Yall were fuccin up the club we were walkin thru them doors in furs bacc then. The beats served completely different purposes. Its like comparing the roots to primarily rocc bands. Let um be great production has never been the souths issue. Its the rapper part. The exact opposite for ny. But the midwest n cali got it if we talkin musical theories n shyt. Rip dilla

Once again, you don't make beats, so you don't understand. It's not just about chopping, which three six can do as good ass anybody which I proved with the Tear the Club up 97 sample.

I'm from Detroit, I've been to Jay Dilla Mama house over there by Nevada on the eastside, I been in the studio with Illa Jay too, I heard Dilla beats that ain't even been released.

The entire rap game is using Three Six Drum programming they were doing in the mid 90's, nobody is making Dilla type beats that's the point, even kanye abandoned the style he stole.

Them chopped up super hip hop beats like those Doughnuts and instrumental albums, those beats are wack I'm sorry.

Dilla is a famous producer not becasue of those beats

When I think if of Dilla I think of shyt like this

That's the Dilla sound, which Drake stole when he first came out

This shyt and the shyt he did with Badu, is why Pharrell and them nikkaz suck his dikk and call him the best

not those chopped up hip hop beats like primo

Same cloth bro my stance stands. I even pointed out what u liked before ya post. Fucc going to houses nikka eq on the sample n pitch bending on players alone. That shyt say claire. U like the drums dont mean that shyt better. Dillas style birthed a genre outside rap. Dillas style was off beat n unorthodox. Kinda detroit nikka put j and paul over dilla? Who r u in real life f ya board name. We prolly know each other
