I don't even agree with abortion, but the only solution is to educate and encourage people not to get abortion. Not make it a law.
Forcing someone to do something with their body against their will is closer to rape than some moral high ground argument. Just as bad as getting an abortion imo. The fact that this proposed law looks so ridiculous despite the fact that it is essentially the same thing that is being done to woman is proof of that.

The "telling women what to do with their bodies" is a fraudlent ass reframe. Its not about them, its about the life inside of them. How did people let this talking point slide so long?

how big of a role do you think eugenics have within the reasons of women terminating pregnancies? you say pro-choice but women in every single society since recorded history have had methods/procedures to terminate and even avoid pregnancy, this isn't some new motivation by some shadowy conspiracy group .
