Because these people will NEVER EVER stop. Its a çycle that continues over and over. And the power struggle between those who want to maintain hierarchy and those who want equality is the fundamental element to the struggles we face currently. And in our system voting is the easiest way in which we can have influence over how society is shaped. If you don't want the opposing side to have super majority - VOTE them out. And encourage every one you know to vote them out.

2. Yes, Democratic leadership has failed but guess what as a collective we voted for them (yes, that includes those who didn't vote either) .
