No... They get to appeal.. And keep appealing until it gets to the Supreme Court. Then they'll have the final say so...

No if they said it was unconstitutional, then all these companies would be fukked.. Cause that's federal. If they only fight it to the STATE supreme court and lose, they'd eat the loss and leave Cali. They'd never risk it by challenging it on a federal level. Unless they had some assurances

Personally, I would prefer to rent a car, if I need to move around while on vacation..
