Does this mean they have to pay insurance or at least offer it amongst other things.

that is if they work full time.

At least something good came out of this.

I was the first dude telling everyone, especially my Uber drivers to vote no on that bullshyt corporate bill

no they wont

They don’t need to now, they already got their money from fukking over poor people and the investors are more than satisfied

I can see them pulling out until Cali gives in on AB5. That's what Uber & Lyft did to Austin, TX and we're successful.
Austin is one city, they ain't pulling out of the entire state of California, prices probably going up.

but they went up after prop 22 anyway lol.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
So they have to treat them like employees now!? yes?!?:patrice:
No... They get to appeal.. And keep appealing until it gets to the Supreme Court. Then they'll have the final say so...

No if they said it was unconstitutional, then all these companies would be fukked.. Cause that's federal. If they only fight it to the STATE supreme court and lose, they'd eat the loss and leave Cali. They'd never risk it by challenging it on a federal level. Unless they had some assurances :sas2:

We shall see what happens with Lyft &Uber in California...

Personally, I would prefer to rent a car, if I need to move around while on vacation..

I have a thing about depending on other people to get me from point A-B...
