Begs the question that if they were spiked do you really need as much protein as the fitness community would have you believe?

I'm more concerned about feeding my lean mass as opposed to my bodyweight...I'm 215 now and am probably at 16% bf...I'm only concerning myself with 180lbs or so of lean mass I have.

I ordered samples of that and the Blondie, PES actually sent me a free tub of C&C and it is . I uselly hate Cookies and Cream but this tastes like chocolate chip cookies and milk and not the usually oreo cookie. That Snicker Doodle is real as hell too, I didnt really care for the Chocolate though, it wasn't bad but nothing amazing.
