I've read plenty of threads in here saying Hispanic isn't a race. :jbhmm:

In fact, search "hispanic isn't a race" and see how many results pop up.

They think they're white :hula: Hispanic isn't a race

Ima put Asian on the next census if there's not a Hispanic option. :troll:

Take your tears of confusion elsewhere mutt.

That's the same thing Cubans are asking for, basic human rights and freedom.

In Cuba the government controls neverything, unlike here. People barely make any money, the government raises prices on food and limits the supply, and has deteriorated their healthcare system. They're getting hit hard with covid and don't even have the basic medicine and supplies like we do here to survive. Teenage boys are forced to enlist in the Cuban army unlike here where it's optional. Plus there are reports that they are dragging them out of their homes to fight against the protestors. Imagine if you as a child were forced to attack the other people in your neighborhood cuz the US government told you that you had to or else. Here's a post circulating with more info on what's going on especially with the rising prices and the stores only accepting US dollars which has a conversion rate ridiculously high compared to most Cubans salary. Not to mention them cutting off the internet so people can't communicate with the island. Look at what's going on in South Africa and whenever a crisis happens in another country and imagine not being able to communicate with your family cuz their government doesn't allow it. Anyone would be upset about it. Even the idea to end the embargo may not be enough cuz the Cuban government still gonna control what comes in thru the ports and set the prices on the food and other goods. And I believe that some stuff isn't limited by the embargo like food and basic necessities. Not to mention that other countries can send stuff too but I'm sure the government can keep most of it and still limit the people's supply.

I’m Cuban and this is essentially bullshyt. One of the biggest problems with Cuba today is dumb ass Cuban Americans exaggerating what’s going or giving the impression that Cuba is somehow unique in the world in every problem they face. So regular Cubans thin the solution to everything is to cry for outside help or leave. Bottom line is US needs to mind their own business and let Cuba figure out their own problems. Hell the countries aren’t even allies

Yeah the Cuban government seems to be the problem. :patrice:

Hard to exaggerate when there are videos on social media of Cubans getting beat, shot at, and taken away on the streets but maybe I'm confused on the meaning of exaggerating. The US can mind their own business but when the problem is the Cuban government abusing their citizens, the citizens are at a disadvantage. They have no guns or other weapons like we do here to defend ourselves if the government starts attacking its citizens. Let alone the strength to fight if many of them are starving. Plenty of citizens here want to send aid and supplies there without the governments help but its not that easy. And allies don't mean shyt in a humanitarian crisis. If one country is hurting, others should be able to step up and help. People are quick to say why doesn't Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk or any other billionaire help, yet another country can't? Maybe the Cubans should hit up Elon so he can drop them some supplies from a SpaceX rocket.

See this is what I’m talking about….”starving? No one in Cuba is starving ….. I’ve gone there every two years my whole life it’s a lie. Cuba is not Palestine, Afghanistan, not sub Saharan Africa not even Haiti, ElSalvador or Guatemala…. Seems like those places are mor of a priority and some of them are more friendly. Dumbasses complaining about delta variant , when Cuba made three vaccines. And Europe is still locked down How are they not responding?

oh and if the bar for intervention is seeing police beat a couple of people. Who exactly is coming to theUS to save us? Or any other country where you can pull video.

lmao someone has really sipped the American propaganda kool-aid.

I have visited and walked the streets of Cuba. It's absolutely nothing like how America media portrays it. 80% of Cuba's problems arise from America's dumbass embargo placed on the country. Other than that it's a beautiful place full of beautiful black and non black cubans who all seem very happy. I didn't see ONE homeless or starving person when there. Not a single begger on the streets. Compare that to your average city in urban America. Can't wait to go back. It was an eye opener.

Propaganda^^^^

The problem for the Cuban government is the crippling sanctions we’ve put on them combined with covid is causing an economic downturn, food shortages, and a shortage of medical supplies. These protests are over that not over “freedom”, that’s CIA language.

If Cuban Americans actually cared about Cubans on the island they’d be demanding an end to the embargo and an immediate opening of dialogue with the Cuban government to arrange for direct to be delivered there. Don’t be fooled by these scum bag right wingers.

They want military intervention which is also what the cia wants. The entire goal of the embargo is to cause the problems were seeing now. Cuban Americans are human dogshyt, anyone who actually cares about Cubans on the island would never wish for military intervention because that just kills a ton of civilians.

Long story short be weary of anything you hear in the media or from right wingers. It’s probably all lies. Also the Cuban government is literally no more authoritarian than our own

Those videos are literally no different than what cops do to us here DAILY for walking down the street. This idea that the Cuban government is more authoritarian than the US government is ridiculous. If this was really about helping the Cuban people that wouldn’t even matter

according to the white supremacist worldwide terrorist organization,You’re either white or not white. And when they want more help to oppress black people they let other ETHNIC groups like Asians and Hispanics be honorary whites.
The white supremacist law is what determines who’s white at any given time
Hispanic is not a race according to them and they make the rules
