From what I see, Ivory normally gets more yards per carry than Johnson. He is also a better all around back. So instead of having Johnson get stuffed all day at the LOS and playing the law of averages, the more productive Ivory should get those carries instead.

Ivory can't catch worth shyt. He's far from it. I have all 22. I've watched every play. You're talking out your ass. He gets stuffed by design of the type of plays they run for him on stretch plays.

that's great, but on short yardage, that's more of Ivory's lane to grind out 3 yards.

Yea CJ is not very good. Valuable if you can get him into space but Ivory is definitely a better fit

Ivory is the better all-around back. He consistently churns out yards regardless of whether he can find a wide open hole. Meanwhile Johnson needs a huge hole to be productive. Moreover, Chris Johnson can't catch very well either. His screen production has been subpar over the course of his career.
