You had 3 seasons to build your program. Your team should be good enough at this point to get good classes. I'm in the middle of SEC country and still get mines. You can too. Lock down the midwest. If you don't then @Shugg84, @MMSex, @No Sleep and even @L@CaT and @RichSincethe80s will come lurking....

Next season (Season 4).
The whole reason I waited this long was that some teams were not as good as others and wanted to give the weaker teams a chance to build and gain prestige. So now that everyone is pretty close to an even playing field, the barriers are off.
