@Monta Ellis , what's the status on your ps3 getting back to you?


The pending rule changes for Season 5 are:

3. RECRUITING

- The formula will remain graduating seniors + 3rd year players rated 90 plus + 3 flex to account for players leaving/transfers/etc.

HOWEVER IN WEEK 15, I WILL RE-EVALUATE THE 3RD YEAR PLAYERS RATED 90 PLUS AND ADJUST THAT NUMBER SINCE SOME PLAYERS PROGRESS DURING THE SEASON. I WILL NEVER REDUCE SCHOLLYS IF THE NUMBERS DROP, BUT IF YOU GET SOME EXTRA PLAYERS PROGRESSED TO 90 PLUS, YOU CAN GAIN EXTRA SCHOLLYS

4. CPU TEAMS IN THE BCS CHAMPIONSHIP (VOTE)

CHOOSE AN OPTION:

A) Let it be and it they make it over a user team(s), then so be it

B) If it is a user vs the cpu, then treat the game as any other user/cpu game

C) Sub in a human player for the cpu team to play the user player (current situation.

D) Sabotage the cpu getting in the game regardles of the situation during the last week of the season and/or conference championship week (if necessary)

These last 2 i got problems with, I say we keep recruiting the way it is, the flex schollies account for players gaining in overall....do you really wanna see LSU with more recruits

This last rule change is ABSOLUTE BULLshyt

REKK we keep the precident we have set, and thats earn your damn spot, how stupid would it be to basically guarantee that the same basically 5-6 contenders will play in the ship game each year.

this has only happened once out of four years


and lastly, a user takin over the cpu for the ship game is fine, cuz next year this could happen and the team happens to be boise st or Bama or Texas...then what, we sabotage them too

current situation nikka, do you know what i would do to a so. miss. cpu opponent...thats out the question, a user takin over for them is reasonable.

but knockin them out just because a user didnt earn their spot is unreasonable, and lets not forget stats, this only happened once out of four years

facts are, this is the first time its happened, its unlikely to happen again, usually an 11-1 user team is number 2, but at the end of the day so miss beat nebraska and ole miss and tulane, teams that we users regularly play, so next season earn your way bra

The fact that Southern Mississippi, a member of the C-USA conference, who had all of a B-/B+ schedule when the rest of the league had A/A+ schedules is bullshyt. You talk about Boise getting "mentioned" for BCS bowl eligibility? They wouldn't have gotten the nod. And whenever a team of a much weaker conference plays any type of BCS bowl game, they usually get whooped (see Hawaii when June Jones was still there ), so the voters don't vote in those C-USA teams unless they have a year like Notre Dame (who beat USC, Mich, Miami, Oklahoma, Stanford, and Michigan State on their way to an undefeated season). Who has Southern Miss played on their schedule that warrants them a National Championship nod?



That's why teams like this shouldn't make it. No such thing as a "Cinderella story" in NCAA, because that "Cinderella" team has a tough schedule
