i mean i think the rules is bullshyt

all teams capped at 70 so any players we cant keep get cut, and most of the time they are 3star's etc

ive been eating good on 3 stars that project into 75+

im very close to signing 16, even tho i tried for only 14. Some dudes i fizzled on but i offered early

EDIT imo the rules on signing 4 and 5 stars are straight but the whole overall recruiting cap is

TRUE TOTAL SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE (UPDATED)

Here are the numbers for how many total recruits you can have this year. The amount of scholarships that can be offered at any given time will be dictated by the following formula:

A = number of seniors on your team that will graduate
B = number of underclassmen that qualify for pro draft with aforementioned rules. So underclassmen that are 90+ and have won an award.
C = number of walk-ons on your team. Walk-ons may be cut at any time.
D = Three additional scholarships to provide a cushion.
E = 70 - current amount of players currently on roster

A + B + C + D + E = total number of available scholarships.

Note: Committed players count against your scholarship limit.

VT = 25 (game limit, i'll give ya an extra mulligan)

I GAVE EVERYONE 3 SCHOLLYS ADDED TO THEIR ORIGINAL TOTAL SINCE THE GAME ADVANCED OUR WEEK TWICE WHEN I DID IT ON THE WEB

Now you still have to be under at or under the 70 limit, so this will be the only offseason of "cutting" players a la Bama and their shananigans.
