YES, since they are eligible to go pro.

Basically, anyone that will probably go in the draft is a body you will have to replace hence the Juniors 90 plus language in the rules.

When I put USC back in the Pac 10, yes. That will be next season. L@cat wanted a lot of user games, so it's easier from a scheduling perspective to put him in the Big 12 this year. But hindsight, that shyt was dumb. I should've just let him Reincar and win the Pac 10 but have lots of non conference games. He had a free ride to the Rose Bowl barring choking since Steezy went to UGA.
