a. if you are on or beyond your opponents 50 and it's less than a yard, I don't give a fukk
b. everyone will have one 4th down freebie in any situation outside the one above every game.*
c. If you are down by more than 21 after the 3rd quarter, you can go for it anytime.
There will be repurcusions
