1. Scout the Players that you want.. When you put all your prospects in the prospects list it gives you Options to call Player you want to recruit and/or Scout the Recruit

You want to scout the recruits to get a definitive number on their attributes..

IF you notice, when you scout a player as is, without using the 'scouting' function it gives you A,B,C grades by all the players attributes.. These A,B,C are in no WAY Accurate.. Alot of those Grades will go up or Down..

So its critical you scout the players so you know Exactly What Kind Speed, Power, Acceleration ETC the player has, then you can make a sound decision on which players you want to recruit

2. Once you figured out which players you would like to recruit.. Now you have to Call them, make a pitch, make promises, Offer Scholarships and Setup Visitations from there

Also, try to recruit at least 20 players at a time...much better results

Try to get recruits from your pipelines, it makes it easier to convince them to come to your school

I'd recommend recruiting mainly from Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, and Rhode Island..so many good recruits there

Those hawaiins are tough tho, and alaskans are raised in the middle of nowhere, in the artic fending for their lives

Exactly...also go ahead and chase after the top recruits that dont have you in their top 5...you have to be aggressive if you want the best...leave the guys that have you in their top 3 for another week, they will always be there to grab another time.
