Can a rated 80 Player Jump into the 90's in 1 year?

Most is +7, it helps when your coming off an undefeated ship and noone important graduated

It was your Recievers Catch Rating
And your QB's Mid to Short Range Accuracy
I remember your recievers dropping all sorts of balls once they got hit

OREGON = 13 + 1 + 3 - 8 (running up score violations) = 10 SLOTS (with 11 removed next season for running up score and overrecruting)
