Don't listen to these fukk nikkas I was damn near a legend.. Whooped mms , rekka and a host of others lead by Keith Price da gawd.. LA cat got me in pac12 title game with a stacked squad. I was undefeated till then.. On the verge of two natty championship games with a weak Washington squad.

and for the Record.. While I wooped Taxmans ass Last Season

Moneyshot had my number... I might have beat him 3 out 10 times last season

But last seasons game was garbage... Deep Ball was too easy.. And option plays to effective

This years game is balanced as fuk.... And if the Dynasty feels the Seatttle Play is Cheese and a Glitch, I will Glady not use in Dynasty Games

Thanks! I saw you running outs like I like to do but its pick your poison with those because you can throw a pick in a heartbeat.

I haven't... I'm not a crazy lifter, I just lift to stay in shape and fit. I'm more into cardio and being healthy than I am lifting. When I was in college and played football and basketball I cared more about lifting to get strong but even then it wasn't an obsession like it was with some guys. I just want to look good for the hoes lol

i was an ex-wrestler in HS who got grossly out of shape in college, i lost 70lbs and am pretty cut now(~150lbs) and now i counsel other people on weight loss and bulking...we got a dedicated group in there so if you wanna build, learn, or share experience ur more than welcome

it needs to be said that in the 5 seasons ive built a pipeline into Ohio so we are going to be meeting on more than just the field

i was an ex-wrestler in HS who got grossly out of shape in college, i lost 70lbs and am pretty cut now(~150lbs) and now i counsel other people on weight loss and bulking...we got a dedicated group in there so if you wanna build, learn, or share experience ur more than welcome

it needs to be said that in the 5 seasons ive built a pipeline into Ohio so we are going to be meeting on more than just the field

Real talk, the only thing I want to do right now is learn how to boost testosterone or find a good T-booster that can give you more energy and stuff and work out harder and longer. I already use pre-workout drinks like SuperPump Max but I want a T-Booster now...

if you dont already supplement zinc, that is the best natural way to boost test.

outside of that: green leafy vegetables + red meat

upping overall fat intake(like fish oil etc)

as far as prohormones go i dont dabble in alla that

BUT there are folks in gym forum who would answer your question probably in better detail for stuff like that. we got a guy i think Da Eggman? who used to work at GNC
