I wonder if console gamers would like an option to turn v-sync off
Crush? I doubt it seriously. You probably just googled something and threw out a number you read in the first google hit. What you see with your eyes probably says otherwise.you are right, they are building $700-$800 desktops that crush what these consoles are pushing
you can connect an Xbox controller. This whole pc argument is flawed for some many reasons and I fukks with pc gaming. For example for any console guy making the jump to pc gaming you got to consider the price. I see you dudes constantly say "you can build a pc for 500-600 thing" well you never tell these cats to actually see a real difference is you're going to have to spend a 1000g plus on a rig to achieve those kind of goals. Plus you got to deal with the portability of a pc. Of course you can hook your pc up to your main tv and have it set up like a console but who's going to take to the time to all of that when you have a console you can hook up and play? What about the people that use their pc's for workstations as well? Also what about the most important problem with the argument is console fps games? Most people like myself like holding a controller and setting back to play their games so for someone that's been playing console games to play bf4 or cod wtih kb/m cats isn't fun at all. Point blank pc gaming Isn't for everyone and its still a niche market and it really shouldn't be compared to consoles meant for your living room space
I built my PC back in november and my receipt shows damage done was less than $300. Now I have upgraded my Gfx card from a gtx 550 ti to a Radeon 7870 which was about $230 a few months ago. I'd say add another $100 for my hard drive and sound card and that's less than 1G. Now factor in game prices and then everything then else that's possible due to the open nature of PC gaming? This whole pc argument is flawed for some many reasons and I fukks with pc gaming. I don't quite follow.. I don't see the portability of a console to be frank.. I mean yea it's smaller but my PC generally is in one spot and yea it may take up more room but that doesn't bother me.Plus you got to deal with the portability of a pc. You can play with your controller. The only part I agree with it is using a controller in MP games on PC puts you at a disadvantage if it's a shooting game. PC gaming isn't for everyone though I agree because I'd be remiss if I didn't tell you about all the headaches that accompany PC gaming but I don't mind it since I like getting frustrated that my game won't stay at a steady 60fps at 1080P.Also what about the most important problem with the argument is console fps games? How? More superior hardware on the PC struggles to deliver a constant 60fps on current gen games.1080p 60fps should be the NORM next gen. No excuse.

everything else you pointed out is either wrong or irrelevant. The best combo is to have all. PC for the third party and the consoles for exclusives. Any other way is silly.
Thats pretty much my point. To see a real difference you're coming out of pocket heavyHow? More superior hardware on the PC struggles to deliver a constant 60fps on current gen games.
You think a $400 box is gonna outperform $400 graphics cards in top of the line PCs?
initially? Yes, but you end up winning with all the cheap games. Avg price I paid for a game on steam is less than $6So
