PS4 Versus Xbox One: Resolutions and Frame Rates

Well the ps4 graphics card is significantly better and its memory is significantly better. The potential for the ps4 is greater, for gaming. For watching tv xbox one is the shyt. I dont watch tv so its a no brainer for me which system to purchase. The one with more power because im not willing to sacrafice my gaming experience for television.

We have been thru this multiple times in other threads. The power argument is moot at best. Both are relatively powerful consoles in the the same power envelope. There will not be a major difference between them when it comes to graphics.

Hilarious. In one thread you're saying we should wait to see how the consoles are some days before launching to determine which is better, now basically within 24 hours you shyt on ps4. Just admit you're an xbot who doesnt mind inferior hardware as long as you can watch television.

Nobody is shytting on the the PS4. Thats the problems with PS4 fans, They can't take objective criticism without whining about it. Both consoles will have new ips it happens with every new gen of consoles.

Just so you know, those demos at E3 are made months before, to make sure there is no game killing bugs or crashes, also it goes through quality assurance. Imagine you introduce a new console and games and they are crashing all over the place. The Mindshare would be this shyt is a mess.

Worked out pretty well. Our exclusives shyt on yours and our system as of right now has outsold yours. 5:3 preorders in America for ps4 compared to trashbox. The rest of the world? I shudder to think. The gap between first and second this gen across sales, graphics, framrates will be in favor of ps4 and you will be stuck pretending you're having fun with trashbox before rage quitting into that ps4 purchase which is probably the smartest thing you'll do the whole year.

Nah you're shytting on ps4 and i just dont see how you can do that over non-gaming features like television and a camera. I think its pathetic but Microsoft fans have always been disingenuous and deceptive. Theres no way xbox one doesnt flop this gen. Its set in stone. The planet is not rocking with yall but you're content with playing on a system where you only play with a small segment of Americans. I guess, if thats what you expect in a gaming experience.

PS4 has 50% more GPU Cores and Teraflops of Shader performance than the Xbox (from what I understand, Shader Performance really only matters for particles and stuff like Water/reflections, but GPU cores can be crucial for model complexity)
PS4 has over 250% the Memory Speed of the Xbox
PS4 has over 300% the Memory Bandwith of the Xbox (This is likely the most important one as far as game performance)
Xbox has 32mb of embedded memory for the APU, which will likely help with some of the memory speed difference, but apparently doesn't make up the Memory Bandwith gap?

Ok I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, But you confirmed it. You are a Sony Stan. Those numbers without context is meaningless. Let me put it to this way. I'm a car guy so I will use a car analogy why does a Nissan GTR (Xbox One) outperform cars that have more power and less weight (Ps4)? Because it is the some of its parts and how it works to TOGETHER. The X1 is a elegant system where everything is designed to work together. The Ps4 is a quickly cobbled together system the had 4 GB of ram added in the last SECOND. Both are nice systems, but they was just approached differently when designing them. We will have to wait and see which design wins out.

Possibly, but there also other factors like dev tools, what state were they in at that point in developement, were they mature enough to handle all the assets in real world as oppose to theory.

A system thats cobbled together. I dont think i need to disprove that sort of nonsense because no system is cobbled together. Well unless you want to take the 360s failure rate into consideration Take some time and research the development of the ps4. Unified memory is what developers Wanted, and asked for. The makers of Crysis, said high end ram was necessary. Its a system by devs for gamers

Trashbox 1 is just a regular system and without the camera and television its exposed for what it truely is. Inferior.
