The fact that the ps4 has added ram has nothing to do with the performance of the ps4 games.


First off just adding ram won't automatically make games run/look better. And second none of the games are using the full 4gb anyway. The ps4 performance problems probably stem from inadiquate dev tools.

If we had 1080p/60 fps on all games with current tech the consoles would cost a thousand dollars or more


I'd rather have all the next gen games in 720p 60 fps


that 4k resolution sh1t is only for streaming movies and blurays.


Sony's long history of superior exclusives are the only real reason to buy a next gen console.

Unless ms steps it up. They had some good exclusives on the 1st xbox, I loved crimson skies and both kotors(I didn't play on pc), jade empire, oddworld: strangers wrath, even dino crisis 3 in all its corny glory.

I thought about when I'd cop either one, but my current gen backlog is so deep that I would probably be wasting money by buying either console at this point. I havent even touched tlou multiplayer yet

I'm trying to decide if I should wait a year or grab at launch also


I won't miss out on all the next gen 3rd party piff like Watch Dogs, Assassins Creed IV and NBA 2K14 because I have a high end gaming PC


I like Killzone but I can wait a year before I play it





Only thing that would force me to buy a console at launch is if Final Fantasy 15 and Infamous second son are launch titles, if not then I can wait.

You sound like you have no use for a ps4 at this point. I dont have a gaming pc bc I don't really care about upgrading my pc, I've tried tho and I just can't get into it.

Funny you said that because, It's been mentioned several times that the XB1 tools are off to a rough start & that the PS4 tools are more mature.
