I already preordered on amazon but it didn't say when I'd be charged or what I'd be charged

I think it does work like that, just a "soft charge" or whatever the case is.

I don't even see a soft charge on my account yet, but got an order confirmation. Calling all my gamestops now to try to pre-order as many of these as I can.

$534.22 with one day shipping. I don't like the December 3rd estimated ship date though

I just pre-ordered at GameStop (Xbox One) for $100. I was the first, got to the store when dude was reading the e-mail that they got the okay to do it.

Nope they don't charge until it ships. I just pre-ordered mine. I have prime so with 1 day shipping I'm paying only 503.98 no tax for me! And no standing in lines! The last launch console I bought was the Dreamcast lol
