is this an official site from Microsoft? I'm flabbergasted that they would put up content without asking...are people talking about this on system wars and neogaf? I could see this being really bad PR for Microsoft

the site was posted on Reddit and then Neogaf. its not an official Microsoft site but it uses videos that can be viewed on the Smartglass app. its a way to view them on a PC.

basically all those videos are out in the wild and anybody can view them, always could. the site simply makes it so you type in a Gamertag and see the videos associated with it.

google xboxclips not even a top result.

Nothing being recorded without permission either. courtney is just odd.

there's some sort of option that if you don't turn it off the Xbox One will record gameplay footage and upload it automatically. Courtdog actually made that video himself on purpose. he didn't post it here but it's uploaded to Microsoft's servers hence anybody can basically see it.
