dog.. you don't even know wtf you're talking about..

Bronson is basically, his own manager.. and, whos Gibbs doing better than thats been in the game as long as him..? :wtf: its easy to use that barometer for some new cat, but this dudes BEEN in the game.. been signed, and dropped.. i mean, yall got a problem with keeping it a hunnid with dude..

yall talk about this "growing fanbase", well we'll see when he drops a album.. thats the only true barometer.. everybody and their Momma is doing shows.. hell, I-20 still booking shows and never even had a mixtape.. I guess his fanbase growing too tho, huh..

LMAO @ Action Bronson managing himself...yeah ok nikka. Dante Ross and a TEAM OF nikkaS were managing him before he left Dante Ross to work with a different TEAM OF nikkaS to my knowledge. Gibbs got endorsements/sponsorships with LRG and couple of other people. He tours the US and I believe is venturing out on his first tour out of the country soon albeit not headlining. Who does that without an album??? Very few...so yeah...and bc of who he's been working with his fanbase is growing. Albums ain't no damn barometer for success bc people don't buy music anymore. I ain't never heard of no damn I-20 shows or seen people excited about going to an I-20 show. Who else got projects out or in the works with Alchemist, Statik Selektah, DJ Drama, Ski Beatz, and Madlib??? That's how measure success these days...definitely not album sales for an UNDERGROUND GANGSTER RAPPER. I'm still laughing at Action Bronson managing himself...i'm gonna go ahead and assume you don't work in the music industry. Good looking on links over the years though

That's about what I figured Doc.
What tours is he doing right now ?
I never bothered to see what all he's doing but I would
imagine he's making decent dough over most rappers meaning he's not
in the Tecn N9ne, Jay-Z millions of year league but he can definitely live comfortably off of Hip Hop.

homie.. Dante had JUST started managing him(before he left), Harry and Meyhem.. i KNOW Dante.. again.. you dont know what you're talking about.. does he have management NOW.. yes.. he's getting booked all over the place, features and projects lined up for days..

and, alot of cats got projects by them dudes you named.. most, already dropped.. my homie Hadji, has worked with all them and has tracks by Statik on his free EP.. whats your point again..? :ld:

last show i knew he did, was in a shoe store/boutique in AtL..

im sure he makes decent dough from shows.. so does I-20, that was my point in bringing that up.. alot of rappers make decent dough off shows.. especially playing small venues like the one i just mentioned.. hell, Keith Murray got paid a G, plus travel & hotel to do a little ass bar in Jacksonville a few years ago..

Nipsey is in a great position. His label situation didn't workout, he took some time off, regrouped, came back with a whole new regime, getting features on major albums & now he has the power. By now, more than a few labels gotta be getting at him. I watched him turn like 50K followers into 200K mixtape by mixtape. Shows is poppin' (Do Gibbs even do shows?). Nip can sign wit' anybody he want to at this point but it's up to him. He ain't gotta wait on nobody now. TMC.

 I swear Banks finds the most innovative ways to shyt on Jeezy............I will say though I agree with this one

I interviewed Gibbs a few months ago and his loyalty to Jeezy is nuts. Feels CTE was the only label that would allow him to put out the content he wanted to put out without compromising himself. Which is funny in itself because an album really doesnt look like its anywhere in sight. All his projects are fire but they arent reaching enough people.

2000 decibel Meek is a star while Freddie remains an internet urban legend :smh:

Gibbs isn't as well rounded as say, Meek Mills, to really blow up imo..now i know with meek being with MMG, that definetly helped him become more of a well rounded MC, but still..i just can't image gibbs making a "amen" type of song..but thats not a knock to gibbs thou..every dope MC doesn't always get that type of mainstream recognition..

but his lane is just fine with me..he got a nice flow mixed wit "real shyt and a touch of hood conciousness" type of vibe that i like..

shyt like this is why i fuxs wit'em..(and KD too)

Big Gibbs fan but the CTE signing did nothing but give him access to do more shows and become tight with Jeezy.

It's almost like his past situation with Skee.
