Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
often watched those personality types burn themselves getting too comfortable. dudes think they friends and start slacking or saying too much next thing they gone. you have to take time to watch, true.

I use to be that person to. Just hated the anti social corporate culture.

I gotta say this tho. Those hipster cacs tend to be buddy buddy the most in the work place

Another tip is not to overshine your co-workers. Especially your cac co-workers, nothing gets them even more tight than a young educated black man who has a lot going for himself, when you have the best idea and will get jealous quick. Work smart and share ideas directly to the CEO or another leader of the company. People love to pretend to not hear your idea, only to steal it later.

I like to let my supervisor do all the talking. But I’ll chime in and add a little bit here and there.

Very true. But one thing I must say is that the CEO or leaders of the company may have favorites. So lets say you go and share your ideas and then next thing you know leadership promotes someone else and you get burned.

My GM told me to fire someone, but my boss told me not to because HE didn’t want the guy fired. He said he’ll handle it the next day himself.

I sent the guy home on the spot until the investigation was complete and told him that someone would call him. Ole boy showed up to work the next day and my GM was mad as fukk.

I’m standing there getting chewed out by my GM, but my boss that told me he’d handle it, just stood there quietly, shaking his head in agreement of my ethering.

I damn near threw hands on that c00n nikka and my cac GM. :pacspit:

i actually met two of my best friends at our job like 15 years ago....
went out to dinner for my birthday recently and we were drinking reminiscing like "i can't believe something this beautiful started from us being on the same team of data transcribers" :pachaha:

always taking vacations and trips together, celebrating birthdays and holidays and funerals. one of their kid is my god son :ehh:

i guess the difference is it was a cool ass laid back job that paid everyone the same way (government). so it was no petty shyt and there was hundreds of people so its no like we were all up in each others business and competing
